By using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using this Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

Codely.fun/Together is currently under active development. Some features may not work as intended.

Database and Security Notice: The platform’s database and chat systems are not yet fully secured. Please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information (such as passwords, addresses, or private details) during chats or video sessions. Your data safety is important to us, and full encryption/security will be added before the public release.

• You may create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You can watch YouTube videos together, chat, and video call with others.
• You agree to use the platform respectfully and not engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal behavior.
• You may not:
  • Share explicit or harmful content.
  • Spam, hack, or disrupt sessions.
  • Violate YouTube’s or others’ copyright terms.

You retain ownership of the content you share (messages, images, etc.). You grant Codely.fun a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content for operating and improving the platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms or any law.

Since this is a development-stage platform, data may not be fully protected — do not share personal or financial information. We may collect basic technical data (browser type, session info) to improve performance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to remove any user who violates these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of uptime, security, or performance during development. Codely.fun is not liable for data loss, privacy issues, or damages resulting from use during this beta/development period.

You agree to indemnify and hold Codely.fun harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms.
